A Global Peace Initiative for Unity, Stability, and Sustainable Development in Igbo Land

Over the past four years, the South-East region of Nigeria has experienced significant economic disruption, rising insecurity, social tension, and deepening divisions. Businesses have suffered, investments have declined, and many families live in fear and uncertainty.

The consequences of prolonged conflict and mistrust have weakened community relationships, slowed development, and discouraged diaspora engagement.

KWADO UDO is a non-partisan, non-religious, and inclusive peace movement designed to address the root causes of conflict among Igbos and restore unity, trust, economic confidence, and collective progress.

This initiative is open to all Igbos worldwide — regardless of religion, political affiliation, social status, or organizational background.

Mission Statement
1. To promote grassroots peacebuilding initiatives that address anger, insecurity, and social division within Igbo communities.

2. To create platforms for dialogue, reconciliation, and collaboration through social engagement, one-on-one discussions, and community service.

3. To foster an environment where Igbos at home and in the diaspora can confidently invest, return home, and contribute to regional development without fear.

To transform public spaces through community art projects that reflect messages of peace and cultural pride.
